[SOLVED] DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

Link to solved thread - Need help My sony vaio freezing on Shutting down screen

 What the issue was - Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. USB NDIS Miniport Driver needed to be updated / removed.
